Healthcare Papers and Claims
When it comes to managing piles of medical bills, insurance forms, explanations of benefits and other healthcare-related papers, in the simplest terms, I help people do three things:
- Recover money by filing medical claims
- Reclaim money from healthcare bills they didn’t need to pay, and
- Save money by not paying for expenses already covered
In less concrete terms, I offer emotional relief. After all, if you’re facing stacks of medical paperwork, you’re already dealing with a serious health challenge — yours or that of someone you love. Chances are, you’re already stretched to the limit.
Crawling through piles of bills — trying to figure out what you should pay and what you should get back — is the last thing you need. At those times, turn to me.
Medical Management & Claims Services
As claims assistance professional, I’ll help you by taking on any or all the following tasks.
Filing & Tracking Medical Insurance Claims
After organizing your paperwork, I’ll file new claims with your insurance provider(s) and track them — plus existing claims — from beginning to end, dealing with any red tape along the way.
Insurance Claims Advocacy
As your champion in recovering healthcare costs, it’s my pleasure (I confess — it’s almost fun!) to challenge claims that aren’t properly paid and appeal those inappropriately denied.
Healthcare Payment Management
Simply knowing which “statements” are bills can be a hassle. Patients often overpay and are rarely notified of their mistakes. I’ll audit your billing histories, find mistakes, get your money back and ensure proper future payments.
General Coordination & Organization
From negotiating payment terms to obtaining necessary medical records and documents, I take care of the details, helping manage all the ins and out of insurance claims and healthcare costs.
